The third point to include is ongoing. The company must have an ongoing dialogue with its employees, especially regarding new ethical issues that emerge. You need to have an ethics statement that you consistently convey to your organization. (Ruddell, Lp105) Integrity demonstrates honesty and believers should honor God in everything we do. The Bible tells us, “He who walks in integrity will be delivered, but he who has crooked ways will suddenly fall.” (Proverbs 28:18) The final element to include is leadership development. The leadership development process should always include company ethics. Training should be ongoing to ensure the development of leaders capable of creating greater quality and production. To implement ethics effectively you need to tell each person what they can and cannot do, explain the consequences of bad behavior, and make sure they apply them. (Ruddell, L., p.106) We should develop leaders and guide people as Jesus did. Jesus met people where they were in life, encouraged them, and taught them through God's word and His actions. Love, honesty, and humility were at the core of Jesus' actions, and if we can imitate Jesus in all we do, others can testify that we are ethical inside and out
