A reasonable conclusion would be to optimize productivity, workers should not only be skilled, but also enjoy what they do. Logic, however, would tell the current business owner to consider this trend from every angle, examining surveys and financial reports as well as current strategic plans and organizational goals to ensure that a talent-based system is suited not only to the particular industry, but company and location.
