Eric Stone4/9/14EnglishMedical description of a zombie virusI am now going to surprise you by telling you that from a medical point of view zombies are possible. With the modification of a virus, a zombie apocalypse can occur, or at least something that closely resembles the principles that define a zombie. It feeds on humans, has no concept of right or wrong, is essentially brain dead, works to spread the virus, transmit it through direct fluid contact with the bloodstream or brains of other humans, and is killed by the destruction of matter gray in their brain. Now you might be wondering how on earth you make this happen. Now I will explain that from a medical and scientific point of view a zombie virus is possible. Now we'll start with a virus that at first just wants to spread and turn others into zombies. The first thing he'll need to overcome one of the many obstacles ahead of him is a way to get rid of the hormones cholecystokinin, dopamine, and leptin, which are all hormones that tell you that you've eaten enough and that you're full. The virus must be able to eliminate it so that it never fills up and constantly wants to spread the disease. the virus also needs a way to get rid of your ability to know right from wrong, to have memory and to feel any feelings which in your brain are called serotonin, tryptophan, amygdala and acetylcholine. Now we have a human being without any feelings of satisfaction, happiness, sadness or anything else. Human beings are essentially brain dead. The medical science involved has now proven that zombies are possible. Have fun and don't make it unless you want to be responsible for the mass genocide of the human race.
