Hitler was so angry with the leaders that he started his own political campaign (Hitler). He later joined a political party of which he was later elected leader (Hitler facts). The reason Hitler joined this political party was because he was angry at the Jewish doctor who treated his mother when she died of cancer (Hitler). Once he became leader, he changed the party's name from the German Workers' Party to the National Socialist German Workers' Party, more commonly known as the Nazi (Hitler) Party. He made the symbol of the Nazi Party a swastika with a red background and a white circle. Hitler began campaigning, which brought him more attention and more supporters than the Nazi Party (Hitler). They failed to kill Hitler, although it is considered their greatest achievement (Roon, Ger Van, and Ludlow 269). The members of the Kreisau Circle were hanged, and von Moltke's arrest led to the demise of the circle (Roon, Ger Van, and Ludlow 275). Hitler eventually committed suicide with his wife, the day after their wedding (Hitler).
