During an interview the employer can only ask legal questions related to the job. Some individuals, however, occasionally try to slip in an illegal question such as: "What religion do you practice?", "Do you have a disability?", "How old are you?", "What race are you?" and "Do you go to church ?" These questions are not necessary for what the employer needs for the job. These questions also cross the law called EEOC. The employer or other covered entity according to (EEOC.Gov, 2015), “Prohibits neutral employment policies and practices that have a disproportionately adverse effect on applicants or employees of a particular race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy) or national origin, or about an individual with a disability or a class of individuals with a disability, if the policies or practices in question are not work-related and necessary for the functioning of the
