Modern Age is one of my favorites, so I purchased the book Elizabeth I, CEO. Also, I found the A Minute With Maxwell video very informative. Schwartz and Bolton (2012) recommend integrating AONE concepts to build and support healthy work environments for nurses. These competencies support the leader's connection in overcoming healthcare context challenges by meeting a positive professional environment (PPE) focused on excellence in nursing and patient care.
