6.5 million Jews were sent to concentration camps during the Holocaust. Jews had to endure many hardships during the Holocaust, from the moment they were captured until the moment they were brutally killed. The Holocaust has to be the most horrific and cruel true story known to man. The Nazis had no heart or sympathy for the Jews. The Nazis thought and felt that they were better than the Jews and that they were a disgrace to mother earth. The Germans sent the Jews to hell and back. The stages of the Holocaust were that Jews would be rounded up, then sent to ghettos, then finally to concentration camps to be tortured and/or killed. Hitler thought he could rule humanity and not only subjected the Jews to what they had been through, but he also included other races, he was also disgusted by homosexuals and hated them, so he always made homosexuals go through the Pick up stages, in the ghettos and in concentration camps. Hitler and other high class men had many followers because Hitler was so passionate about what he told the public and he was a strong and intelligent man with a plan so that the Germans and his army would feel relieved of his plans and what he said. Hitler was so persuasive that he changed the public's opinion of Jews and other people, so many people joined the Nazis and followed Hitler into his reign of terror. Jews were usually taken from their home and put on a train and the Nazis or messengers did this. Don't tell the Jews where they are going. The Nazis would most likely tell them that they would be sent somewhere because they needed to leave the city. Jews traveled in packed trains and then headed to the ghettos by train. Usually the Nazis left the ashes of the Jews in a small colored container along the train tracks, so the Jews... in the middle of the paper... mineral for how they had seen their family and friends die. Many Jews felt that this was the end of their world and sadly it was. (Josef Katz, page 161) 6.5 million Jews were sent to concentration camps during the Holocaust. The Holocaust is a disgusting story that still sends shivers down people's spines today; is without a doubt the coldest nonfiction story ever told. Germans hated Jews and felt disgusted by them, which is why the Nazis would end the lives of so many families with children and infants. 6.5 million people died and 1.5 of the dead were children. The Nazis lost World War II to Russia and the United States, called the Allies. Hitler's reign ended when he committed suicide in 1945, so the Germans decided to surrender. The war was over so the Allies went to all the concentration camps and freed the people still alive. Works Cited www.google.com
