As a consequence of the continued presence of law, careers aimed at interpreting the cracks in the laws and defending them are equally necessary in society. Absolutely, the profit of the American economy is a direct reflection of the lawyers who protect it. Lawyers are a necessity for the nation; serve their purpose as upholders of the law. The corporate law system is undoubtedly the cornerstone of corporate finance, and as citizens increasingly begin to prosper in a capitalist nation, legal representation will pioneer the continuation of the American corporate system. As I embark on the journey of excellence in the world of corporate law, I seek to change the way business is defended, supported and represented. First, corporate America began to feel the wrath of excessive government debt. American businesses have felt the heat of rising tax rates, the potential for disruption to their paychecks, and protests regarding the general tradition of business procedures.
