In this article I will present the Divine Command theory, explaining its meaning and the reasoning behind it. This theory will be explained and expanded with my understanding to support the ongoing argument. Express my thoughts on the objection made to the Divine Command Theory and I will show the objection made to my knowledge of the Criticism/Objection. The Critique provides a view of the Theory that is very strong and difficult to oppose, but I will argue how it will not be valid. At the end of the article it will be clear what the Divine Command Theory describes. My point of view will be shown. Divine Command Theory is exactly what God allows or prohibits to happen before any moral action can be determined. The theory says that whatever God says is right and wrong, is actually right and wrong. This means that God defines morality and decides what is right and wrong. Moral actions are determined after and only after God has decided whether it is something permissible and only so. Morality is given by God. If God specifically said that a certain action is wrong, then it would be considered morally wrong overall. The fact that a wrong action is performed only equals a wrong consequence, whatever the situation. Only if there is actual evidence that God allows it will the outcome be whether it is morally good. It would only be morally correct if the action was right and provided a good outcome consequence. God telling us to do these things is obviously for a perfectly good reason, for our own good; He would not grant harm to us because He loves us. The objection made to the divine command theory is saying that if God had allowed the torture of innocent children in the world, he would have made it more... ...middle of paper......I didn't go down there to help them . We are too busy reading and writing this article. Alistar Begg once said: “The heart of the human problem is the human heart.” This means that only we are truly the problem. You see, there are only two options: one is that God forces us to love Him and do good. Which would make it not good at all; He would basically be a cosmic rapist. Or option two; He gives us the free choice to love Him and do what we think is right. Let's make the choice. In conclusion, this argument about objection is something that will not be resolved in any way, it continues deeply but no actual conclusion and specific final argument is possible. It showed exactly how I explained my position. The Divine Theory has been fully explained. An argument was given and explained on the criticism given to divine command theory.
