IntroductionThis final paper discusses a business leader who has developed incredible characteristics in the area of leadership. The leader in this particular industry has demonstrated time and again that his leadership skills have proven to be anything but successful. Amazon.com is the leading e-commerce company available in the world market today. Amazon was founded and founded by savvy businessman Jeff Bezos in '95. One of his successes was obtaining an honors degree, Bachelor of Science in Engineering in electrical and computer engineering from Princeton University in 1986. He later graduated from Princeton Jeff, held various occupations such as on Wall Street , in international trade in a company called Fitel and last but not least, Banker Trust where he became vice president due to his remarkable IT and financial skills. Additionally, Amazon.com was started when Jeff decided to travel across the country from New York City to Seattle, Washington. It was during this trip that Jeff Bezos put together his business plan for the online bookstore Amazon.com. Bezos attended the student science training program at the University of In 82'; Bezos won an award from Miami Harold called the Silver Knight Award, an award that recognizes students for their good grades and ability to apply their unique skills to help local schools and communities.
