1.0 IntroductionThis report is based on my role as a teaching assistant and how, in my duty, I uphold my school's ethos, vision and mission statement with particular regard to a specific policy of the entire school area. KPI 1 emphasizes the management of a child's behavior and relates it to the behavior management policy which I will discuss further in my essay.1.1 Professional BackgroundI developed interest in becoming a teacher at the age of 12 when I observed my beloved teacher directing his lessons. After completing my SPM (a Malaysian qualification equivalent to 'O' level), I undertook A-Levels in Arts under the guidance of some career counselors to take the path to becoming a teacher.
