The performance of a company depends much more on the people working in the company and the most important member is the leader. The presence of strong and effective leadership in generating information imposes great responsibilities on the corporate team and management networks, which is a critical element for organizational success (Thinking made easy, 2009). Leaders should establish a path to achieve the goal, so that employees can follow them and be motivated. A leader should be able to identify the success provided by employees and all deserving employees should be rewarded accordingly. Motivation is another important part of leadership which is the interaction between the individual and the situation. A leader should ensure that employees are motivated. An unmet need creates tension in employees that could affect their performance. Motivation, which will act as a process of satisfying needs, will lead to the reduction of tension and improved performance (Thinking made easy, 2009). To be an effective leader, an individual should have understood attitude and behavior based on leadership contexts. An effective leader should view the voice of his subordinates as a positive outcome. Furthermore, an effective leader should allow his or her followers to express what they feel or how they feel to build a strong relationship. To achieve this, the leader should consider empowerment. Employee satisfaction can be improved through empowerment. It also allows employees to express their suggestions in any project to find a better solution. It will also help employees have self-confidence in making decisions in the future and will create a good and harmonious… middle of paper… population of over 150 million, which has proven to be a huge success (The Emiraes Group, n.d. ).
