In my workplace there is a young woman who works in our department. She is a Caucasian in her thirties and tries to act like she is high class and feels that everyone, especially African Americans, should like her. His behavior has become very annoying with the way he talks to people like he is better than everyone and speaks very loudly when he talks to you. For example, we work together and talk often at work and when we left to go home she was mad at some coworkers who are African American and started venting and said she hopes these "niggers" get fired. When people say something, they should consider thinking about what they say and who they say it to before speaking. The next day we came to work, she explained to me that she didn't mean it to be a racist comment, but she felt it was acceptable to say it because she felt we were close and she didn't think I would understand
