Lack of adequate labor is a major problem for both organic and non-organic farmers in Bhutan. This could be due to the migration of youth to urban areas to explore further avenues, education and government jobs. Out of a total of 36 farmers who practice organic farming, 17 have problems finding adequate labor, while only 10 farmers who do not practice organic farming have problems finding adequate labor. The chi-square test shows that the labor availability problem is more severe for organic farmers (see Table 7). Only 13 out of 36 farmers found price discrimination in the market to be a problem, in contrast to 23 out of 51 non-organic farmers, and the Chi-square test was insignificant. Finance is one of the main obstacles for organic farmers as 21 out of 36 consider it a problem, while 15 non-organic consider it a problem, the chi square test found the problems to be significant. Numerous publications consider the marketing of organic products to be a serious issue, since product certification is beyond the reach of small farmers. This problem was very serious
