For me, family should be kind, caring and helpful. They should also push you to go as far as you can in whatever you do in life and be tough on yourself, because someone needs to teach you how the world works. My family pushed me to get as far as I could in life and without them I wouldn't have gotten anywhere and I see it now. A family will stick with you through the good times and the bad because everyone relies on each other to be there for them. Making family the number one priority in my life has helped me get through some tough things in life. Without my family I might not be where I am today.
