The mutual dependence of societies is at its peak. A society can no longer live and survive on its own without the external influence of another. It is with this basic but fundamental concept that sociology should progress into the future. This will entail several aspects for sociology. For one thing, it should strongly incorporate general but mandatory study of various cultures. This will then allow sociologists to better understand the specifics as they have the crucial high level needed to analyze complex future societies. Even sociology can no longer grow alone. Sociologists will have to work closely with all types of professions, from politicians to technology developers. By leveraging these concepts alongside technological advances, sociologists will be able to analyze and address large amounts of complex information about the future.
