Historically, individuals lived healthy lives, which was evident in the way they ate and daily work brought on by a different era of time and life. In today's society, nutrition and physical activity are not as important as they have historically been for so many individuals. The most interesting research question is: do physical activity and nutrition play a key role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle? The independent variable is that the amount of healthy nutrients and physical activity reduce the likelihood of obesity and weight-related health conditions and increase overall healthy lifestyles. The dependent variable, always present, is that nutrition and physical activity are determining factors for an overall healthy lifestyle. NUTRITION AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY 3Literature review1.
