Mark Twain was an interesting man who wrote many books, some of them childhood tales of adventure such as Huckleberry Finn and Tom Sawyer. The book is full of romance as young Tom Sawyer does his mischievous deeds like playing school and avoiding punishment by tricking his friends to wash the fence at the beginning of the story. Mark Twain's "I never let my education interfere with my education" shows the humor and depth behind his words. It illustrates how individuals learn the basics in school and take their true learning outside through experiences and trying new things. In Mark Twain he became an apprentice "puppy" river pilot under Horace Bixby, earning his license in 1858. In that his brother Henry died in an explosion on the steamer Pennsylvania. She sailed from New Orleans to St. Louis until 1861 when the American Civil War broke out. After Mark Twain found himself burdened with debt after an unsuccessful business venture, he worked to get out of debt. In this way he became a sort of hero to his fans of his novels. The most important event that happened during his time was the Civil War which lasted from 1861 to 1865. He found that people were calling for war like the shepherds. hypocrite and even wrote a book called The War Prayer in 1923, but it was not published until after his death due to possible public controversy. He was a Presbyterian as such he hated unnecessary and senseless violence such as war. The Civil War allowed Mark Twain to explore outside his state because of its places such as the Nevada Territory to search for silver where his stock Orion was appointed secretary of the Nevada Territory. He also traveled to many places such as Europe, Hawaii and the Holy Land. The Indus...... in the center of the card....... All the events mentioned in this book are more or less collective experiences of him and him. his friends with some added things for effect like getting stuck like when Tom and Becky got stuck in the cave which was the villain's hideout. This is what made the story an interesting romantic piece because of the way he told it. The purpose of the story is simply to remember the passion of being a child and having fun. It wasn't a serious piece, meant primarily to entertain boys and girls without turning into adults, but it is a universal tale that could be enjoyed by anyone, regardless of age, due to its entertaining nature. Mark Twain was a remake: in many ways the man enriched himself, he defends it. the underdog who challenged public norms and the culture of the time, lived his dreams and made people laugh. He was an interesting man to say the least, but his legacy will live on in his books and legends
