In trying to move forward, people have discovered that technologies are not neutral, but are imbued with different values and ideas of creators, goals, and user influence. In 2013, Google released a device beyond anyone's imagination called "Google Glass". In lecture Graham, T., & Sauter, T. (2013). explains Google Glass as “Google's 'Project Glass' – a wearable computing device to be released this year – to understand what some of the ontological implications might be of the impending integration of augmented reality technologies into modern hybrid techno-social societies. " The Google Glass project was introduced to the public in early 2013, surprising everyone. People didn't think of a device that could be used to take photos, record videos, surf the net, text someone or share photos and videos instantly, not using a phone, a computer but using glass. Yes, the future has arrived. Now, with this technology, later in this essay I will discuss whether there can be a "Google Glass" technology?, the advantages and disadvantages of glass and controversies and whether there will be any impact on people, there will be any possibility that they could be harmful. With this I will discuss the advantages, disadvantages and future of “Google Glass” and then the key arguments against “Google Glass”. It could create another place where advertising takes over our lives. It will create unnecessary competition over who has the most useful life experience. It will make driving dangerous.
