The film I chose is Slumdog Millionaire, one of the best Indian films. This amazing film won eight Oscars. Sumdog Millionaire is a 2008 British Indian drama film directed by Danne Boyle, written by Simon Beaufoy and co-directed in India by Loveleen Tandan, produced by Christian Colson, screenplay by Simon Beaufoy, based on Q&A by Vikas Swarup, music by AR Rahman , Photography by Anthony Mantle and editing by Chris Dickens. The film was released nationwide in the United States on December 26, 2008, earning over $4,000,000 in its first weekend of wide release. The film is about the story of Jamal Malik, a young 18-year-old Indian who lives in the slums of Mubai. He is about to experience the biggest day of his life by participating in the Indian version of “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?” This game will change his whole life by winning 20 million rupees. After answering all the questions correctly, the young man was arrested before answering the last question. The police were surprised by the boy and asked him how could a street boy know so much? To prove his innocence, Jamal tells his life story. Jamal was able to answer all the questions he was asked on the program about the things he experienced with his brother and the girl he loved Latika. Each chapter of his story reveals the key to answering one of the game show's questions. The scene I chose is the final scene of the film. Jamal is back on the show and everyone in India watches him play. Salim redeems himself by helping Latika escape her husband's grasp, but it is not enough... middle of paper... a high camera angle, which the camera looks down to reproduce the actions, such as the beautiful dance at the end of the film. The camera angle used in the film is a low camera angle looking at Jamal's face. The part where the camera focuses on Jamal's face as he answers the last question is an example of the camera angle used in the film. The camera movement was tilted to move up and down at the beginning of the show. The film genre of the film is romance, drama and action. All things considered, there is no doubt that the film Slumdog Millionaire is a great film made by a great director. The scene I choose is the most important scene in the film where Jamal wins the money. This scene represented many important things in the film and conveyed the message that the director wanted to send. Many cinematic elements were used in this amazing film.
