Classism is a prejudice against or in favor of people belonging to a particular social class (Kirst-Ashman & Hull, 2014). Despite the fact that I hope to work for a 501(c)3 somewhere, there are various supports a workplace can use to help employees who may be impoverished for any reason. Examples of these include free child care for those who cannot afford it or programs that offer jobs to qualified inmates. These programs can also be beneficial to the employer for reasons other than promoting social equality because they can offer significant fees
