The state of Texas requires tobacco retailers to verify the age of buyers who appear to be under the age of 27 through the use of a photo ID (Senate Bill 55). Usually there is “Under 18 No tobacco. I can't sell, you can't buy,” he sings in or around convenience stores, claiming that minors can't even buy tobacco. This supports my opinion as to why the legal driving age should be raised to 18.
