In 2007, as written in the Washington Post, Bill Gates said that women are the key to Saudi Arabia's economy. Gates was speaking at a business seminar held in Saudi Arabia at the time. One of the seminar members asked Gates if he thought Saudi Arabia could achieve its goals of becoming one of the world's leading economies by 2010. Bill Gates responded by saying, "Well, if you don't fully utilize half of the country's talent , you won't get too close to the top." What is discrimination?
