Introduction: Ecuadorian football is going through an economic crisis, most of the big clubs in the country have declared themselves in economic crisis. There is a lot of talk about delays in payments, that the financial balance sheets are not good and that the debts are far above what the national clubs can pay. You can probably think that little by little they will get closer to what is currently called "economic bubble", it is a phenomenon that occurs with an anomalous and prolonged increase in the price of a good, in such a way that the price moves away gives the real value of the asset. The bad part of this phenomenon is that it comes to light when it explodes. It is difficult to know how an asset can actually be valued, however the indebtedness and payment capacity of the clubs suddenly rises to the point of bursting the bubble. When we talk about assets we are specifically referring to the players registered with the various clubs in the country, and as regards the price, the values that these assets receive for offering their services on the playing fields. Currently, as is generally known, the salaries of the stars of this sport are extremely high, so much so that it is estimated that there are players who earn between 5,000 and 40,000 dollars a month or more, clearly overestimated salaries. In Ecuador there is no statute that establishes a salary scale for football professionals. In the Law on Professional Footballers, which dates back to 1994, it is only emphasized that clubs or teams must pay a salary not lower than the minimum wage. The problem lies mainly in the fact that the economic reality of the country does not do this. .half sheet....on March 20, 2014:http://www.futbolprimera.es/2014/02/08/los-futbolistas-mejor-pagados-del-planeta-segun-world-soccerGoal.com (2014) Accessed March 21, 2014:http://www.goal.com/es-ar/news/5142/la-lista-goalcom-de-los-m%C3%A1s-ricos/2014/03/10/4674227/ Cristiano-ronaldo-super-messi-e-supera-la-lista-degli-obiettivi-del-?ICID=SP BarcelonaSportingClub Audit Report (2013) Available at: http://www.elUniverso.com/sites/ default/files/archivos/2013/05/auditoria_bsc_14_may_13.pdfMinisterio del Deporte Accessed on 23 February 2014:http://www.deporte.gob.ec/wp-content/uploads/downloads/2014/02/C.-Remuneraciones- Mensuales-enero_2014.pdfYogui,Rakso.
