Not only does completing it make me feel like I've had a miniature weight lifted off my shoulders, it relieves the stress of my day. My day depends on it, whether I do it or not. If I complete it, my day is better, if not, it's worse. An example of the average person is applying deodorant. If I don't complete it my day could gradually become more serious, but if I complete it I should feel satisfied or at least this won't be the reason for my unsatisfactory day. Another example for my life is organizing or keeping everything in order. If I don't organize it I feel bad and, even if I don't realize it, I can carry it out anyway. My subconscious does this for me, so I don't stress out or feel unstable after the moment I could have
