Throughout my career, I have seen many cases indicating that homeless people go to hospitals or pharmacies to find a charity or to get help from doctors or pharmacists. Through my professional who works in one of the pharmacies. I have dealt with many of these cases of low-income or homeless sick people, especially in the winter, asking for cough or flu medicine, through my morals and my profession. I tried to make some donations or humanitarian aid to those in need. My ethical value is to help people when necessary. So beneficence is one of the important qualities that every doctor or pharmacist should instill. A smile or a handshake to the homeless person can create hope and help make their day better. Back in Syria I worked with a group of colleagues to collect medicines for blood pressure and diabetes, and donated them to associations that provide medicines to homeless people suffering from these chronic diseases. Therefore, in my opinion, it is the right of every person, whatever their situation, to be able to receive the necessary care and be fully cared for
