Keeping track of what I eat and the number of calories I consume each day will be helpful in achieving this goal. Secondly, I would like to focus on meditation or yoga to balance all the wellness factors I described above. Since running is a passion of mine, I would like to completely rehabilitate my knee and go back to running every day. More specifically, I want to be able to run the Pittsburgh Half Marathon in 2016 and beat my previous time. Finally, to become a better runner, I would like to learn how to lift weights and build more muscle. As for meditation, yoga, and weightlifting, I plan to find a friend or mentor who can help me learn these forms of exercising the mind and body. Finally, my intention is not to push myself to do anything too quickly, regarding the knee, so as not to create further injuries. Once I fully recover, I plan to return to training for my second half
