Through enrolling in college, I have seen an improvement in my memory skills and increased concentration on my studies. My goal is to continue learning as long as I can. The challenges of spiritual discipline require that I remain present in the moment; mindfulness is a good way to explain this goal. To achieve more with less anxiety in carrying out my daily activities. This involves better time management, setting goals, and pursuing priorities to make my days better. I hope to model this for my children. This goal is an ongoing process that requires a lot of resilience, love and forgiveness. Exercise, including yoga, outdoor walks, and deep breathing for stress management, keep me balanced in my daily schedule. Meditation practices help me stay focused on the moment, as a calm platform to stand on and then move forward into the next step. With diligence, I remain dedicated to my personal and professional interests
