Aarseth enjoyed the game and tried different ways to play, he managed to get to a point and got stuck and needed information and used the search engine of Google to resolve its confusion. Searching for information for his little problem has led to a problem that will soon cause him to lose his love for the game. What happened is that the amount of information shown during the walkthrough showed him things he never knew about like hidden missions, items, and more. This brings me back to my story, when I looked up to see if other people had found the same exploit, I was directed to another link to more places to exploit the game. Then I found more information about secret items and basically upgrading your character. Then I quickly discovered other ways in which the game was broken, but not to the player experience. Unlike Aarseth, I immediately wanted to run these exploits before they were patched, I know things like this will be patched due to previous exploits I've taken part in in previous games. So I continued to search for information like passages, hidden weapons, and my favorite map issues. Understanding why Aarseth had this experience is completely normal, everyone will have a different experience towards a game, and it's all a learning process that we can learn from.
