It's okay, it's not your fault that you're just getting closer to accepting that the person you love is dead. Alongside the last phase of pain there must be depression. Along with depression there are two types: the first is sadness and worry about the cost of funeral expenses and anything else that needs to be handled. This stage can be clarified by putting everything in order and making sure it is checked. During this time we may need words of sympathy that we didn't want to hear during the anger phase to comfort us. The second stage of depression is saying goodbye. It may not be easy, so having a family member or close friend to talk to or a shoulder to cry on could be a great option. Acceptance, stage five, let me be the first to say that once again it may take years to reach this stage or even months, not everyone is the same. This phase is reached when the person has reached the conclusion of the retreat. This is certainly not a time of happiness and joy, but of being at peace with someone.
