The myth is that most Americans believe that a gun ban will protect their families and loved ones from violence and other forms of danger, but in reality most Americans favor the Second Amendment, understanding that a Gun bans have the opposite effect. What gun ban advocates regularly fail to acknowledge is that more restrictive gun laws do not incentivize criminals to give up guns. Chicago and Washington are prime examples of highly restrictive gun zones with skyrocketing crime. The law-abiding citizen is defenseless against a criminal who does not respect the law. This problem is not just domestic; In the UK, burglaries, assaults and other crimes are on the rise with and without firearms. A criminal who wants to commit a crime will commit it with everything he can get his hands on legally or illegally. When a crime is committed with a knife, the media does not call it a “knife crime”. This is because in a court of law everyone is held responsible for their actions, not the object. Why are weapons different? This is because there is a misunderstanding about guns, violence and correlation. There are myriad attempted crimes that go unreported because of a Second Amendment that requires law-abiding citizens to protect themselves and deter would-be criminals. Statistics on the positive stories of the feared daily violence deterrent tool are not usually discussed. The solution to the fluctuation in violence is not a simple answer. Rampant and out-of-control government spending leads to inflation, while overly expensive legislation drains and weakens the economy, which causes weakening purchasing power and an increase...... by half the paper... ...desire to own a gun on the part of these criminals, making it difficult to stop the crime. Finally, gun control does nothing to protect Americans, in fact it increases crime. If Americans want to protect their freedom, they should counter gun control lobbies. Guns don't stop crimes but they violate citizens' rights and freedom. Banning these weapons endangers vulnerable people and women. The main reason people keep guns is to protect themselves from the government and their families. This gun law puts women's lives in danger in case of rape or any violent convention that will take place, but if the individual has a gun with him he can protect himself from such brutal violence. Civilian lives will be defenseless in their own homes with a gun control law, so these gun laws will absolutely ruin people's lives.
