Especially when we attend a group or individual meeting because we have to prepare for anything, especially when it comes to people who have not taken medicine for weeks. We attend workshops to help us deal with troubling patients so that we don't allow our emotions to take over when they lash out at us. After they have established their perspectives for two people, they meet with the group and that is their time to get to know each other better and get more data on the work. We work as a team, so when a new hire comes in for two weekends a month, we do team building activities.
