I never dreamed of public speaking as part of my repertoire. Not only do I believe public speaking is a general professional skill, but it should be listed among interpersonal skills and personal characteristics. Through my educational and work experiences I have had a lot of practice in public speaking. It is an integral part of my life. It is a fundamental success factor in organizational development processes due to the importance of communication. I communicate daily with many people in my organization and with other people externally. These people are lawyers, information system technicians, and salespeople. I must be able to express my point of view with a precise method. Incoherent dialogue would lead to confusion and others not understanding my point if I couldn't communicate effectively. This could lead to delays or failures in projects that need to be completed in a timely manner
