BRIEF DESCRIPTION Microsoft Corporation is an American multinational corporation founded by Bill Gates and Paul Allen on April 4, 1975. The company develops, manufactures, licenses, supports, and sells computer software, consumer electronics and personal computers, and services. Its products include Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Windows Phone, Skype, Outlook Mail, Xbox, Microsoft Surface and many other Internet products. INTERNAL STRENGTH A product tool chain Microsoft Corporation, of course, is famous for its Windows operating system. However, under strong pressure from Apple, Microsoft began to expand its field to Internet products. Microsoft's early Internet products include Live Mail and Internet Explorer. Now the collection consists of a wide range of products, namely Outlook Mail, Bing Search, Bing Map, Office Online, One Drive and certainly Internet Explorer. These services correspond to Gmail, Google Search, Google Map, Google Doc, Google Drive and Google Chrome. So Microsoft and Google have a global battle on the Internet. Their flagship products are Windows and Microsoft Office. Windows has fourteen years of history and is now the most popular operating system in the world....... center of paper......g two competitors, Apple and Google. IOS and Windows Phone have applications that are ideal for entertainment and work, while Android offers a wide range of apps that offer many choices to users. On the other hand, Android is still the most popular mobile operating system in the world. Microsoft has started a battle with Google in the Internet sector. Although Microsoft offers similar products, Google has a large number of loyal users who are not always easy to change their attitude. And Google never stops renewing its products, which makes it difficult for Microsoft to compete.RECOMMENDATION1. Invest more in the mobile sector, both software and hardware.2.
