They participate in these websites without thinking or being aware of the consequences of their constant abuse. These social sites are created to keep everyone in the world connected to each other. They were created to make today's news and information accessible and relevant to everyone. These good and honest intentions turned into so much more. These websites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and the infamous Youtube are now used as a way to avoid or emphasize the problems and difficulties of people's daily lives. A way to encourage and reinforce stereotypes, trends and other irrelevant and negative influences imposed on society by pop culture. Everyone constantly emphasizes the positive effects of these social media without paying attention to the numerous health problems they cause in today's youth. There are too many users and supporters of these social media who do not understand some of the problems caused by these social media. They. Social media can cause disorders such as insomnia at a later stage. Think of all your friends or even most young people as an example. Almost everyone uses social media day and night and we all agree that we hear or see someone posting and commenting late into the night on Facebook or Instagram on several occasions. While some love to sleep, most of today's youth spend their nights on social media. Studies have shown that there is a clear connection between the fact that excessive use of social media will lead to results in things like leaving comments, two… halves of paper… some of its many flaws like ruining and preventing verbal connections and non-verbal meaningful and face-to-face. People tend to overuse and overdo the things the world has to offer that gives them the most joy or comfort. When people do this, they take something wonderful and extraordinary and make it simplistic and harmful. I am not saying that a person should not use these social media for fear of contracting a mental illness, but to use them in moderation.
