My ambition to study business management originates from the age of 8. While I was growing up in Germany, my parents had a restaurant and this started my ambition when I noticed and studied the way my parents managed, led their employees and the different tasks they were assigned. Attending college has been my biggest dream and I plan to continue my education and earn a master's degree and then a doctorate. For as long as I can remember, attending college has been my biggest dream and farthest goal. I participated in work experience at Osidge Primary School where I effectively managed a class of 24 students from which I learned the importance of being an authority figure as well as helping students with reading and writing. I believe in giving back and helping others, so at Ashmole Academy I assisted a student with learning difficulties in work and other activities; effectively throughout the year. I have produced a timetable with the student to ensure all work is delivered on time and is time efficient. I used my interpersonal skills in dealing with the student and the teacher. At Salvesen Mental Health Housing I cared for patients with mental health problems by assisting them in their daily routine and organized and conducted collaborative events such as a barbecue for staff and patients. I took part in the Duke of Edinburgh's Bronze Award, as the leader of a group of 8, we camped and walked for 3 nights with limited resources and under limited supervision. Likewise, I took part in National Citizen Service where I learned skills such as photography and filming. Also, at Ashmole Academy I was a member of the netball team.
