First of all is the spirit of responsibility. In the real work environment, time is very precious and your work influences many of others' tasks and can directly influence the final results. Due to this pressure, you always have to be focused to work actively and finish the work on time. Secondly, since things are more complicated in real life, I will have to be more careful and think deeply before doing anything. And last but not least, I will always try to adapt to the culture and environment of my future workplace so that I can get along with my colleagues and feel more comfortable when working to express the best of myself.
