Leaders can't complete all tasks alone, so having followers who can offer suggestions on how to accomplish tasks more quickly and efficiently is greatly appreciated. Offering suggestions allows you to move comments to different concepts and ideas without offending the original author. Ideas that can become stronger when there is a leader with an underlying idea and who has followers who can add suggestions. This allows the team itself to become stronger by making every idea and task stronger. For example, the leader makes a statement that perhaps has been moved from management and ended up as a task for other employees, but that's because they have easier access to teamwork and group meetings.
