James and the police officer who led Mr. James to kill the officer. However, this is the first hearing where the prosecutor will have to provide all relevant information from any investigation that has taken place in the case. Furthermore, they will have to justify why this case should be tried in the jurisdiction where it takes place according to the law. Unfortunately, the defense has the opportunity to object to any evidence the prosecutor may have in the case. There is also the pre-trial motion where the defense attorney can ask for exclusion for irrelevant information about the charge as well as evidence that does not fit into the case in order to bring it to court. Once this is done, we move on to the criminal trial. Unfortunately, for Mr. James, the judge in the trial portion will make the decision whether he will receive the life sentence or the death penalty if it is still available, but the jury in the case, if they decide to have a jury trial, will determine whether he is actually innocent or guilty of the charges that are before them. However, if Mr James's lawyer believes he is not guilty, he can appeal. He/she will then have to appeal to the higher court and provide them with any evidence relating to the case that they believe was wrong or not provided
