I am going to Job Corps in San Diego to look for a computer technician. My job requires that the job of a computer technician basically consists of performing installations and maintenance functions on computer systems and networks. It also involves troubleshooting problems that users have with their computers and providing advice regarding the computer and its operations. The specific skills needed for computer science involve knowledge of computer hardware and software, as well as troubleshooting procedures and basic electronic repair. Technicians' work is often done over the phone, so communication skills are needed. Determination to get things done. You make things happen and constantly look for better ways to do things. I'm outgoing and sociable, I like talking to people, going out with friends, going to new places, conversing with people. Make new friends and are very friendly. Working in a team is better for me because I work better with people around me solving problems together. My communication skills improve and I get work done faster. I could learn to become a leader through a group. My strongest character traits are helpfulness, honesty and being a bit of a perfectionist. And my attributes are motivated, ambitious, loyal, kind. My strengths are self-confidence, great energy and determination. My weaknesses are stage fright, taking a long time to make a decision and being nervous. I define myself as a respectful person who gets along with everyone and never forgets my responsibilities. The reason why I want to work in the computer industry is because I want to learn how to fix computers, how to make them work and help people solve their computer problems.
