The leadership style I would tend to operate from would lean towards the participative which would lean a bit on the free side. In the healthcare field, this style would encourage participation and discussions within the entire workplace staff to create an environment capable of completing tasks and achieving goals. If this leadership style fails, I would not hesitate to switch to an autocratic style in order to achieve tasks and goals.
