These are words that can be found in the Declaration of Independence, a documented piece on the founding of American life. Every life radiates an enlightened glow, some components of life add the sparks that transform this mortal existence into blazing flames and add light to an otherwise dark world.For this life to have an environment in this dark society, it is necessary to have freedom, the absence of fear and the freedom to be oneself without negative consequences. 1776 the founding fathers created a document announcing the request of America's freedom from its ruling country, England, on the grounds that their life was not worth living without freedom from a criminal system. The king was neglecting the laws essential to being ordained in the States. He was only allowing laws that benefited him and not the citizens presiding over the colonies. He was passing over some representatives to have positions in government where they could make a change. He made judges dependent on him, thus making the system corrupt in his favor. His officers harassed the people and he waged wars against them without them having any form of immediate protection. Essentially America was at one of its lowest points, and this document announced its right to be reborn into freedom. Without freedom, America was dead. When they don't even have the right to deny access to their own home, life loses its spark. Citizens of the colonies had their hands tied behind their backs with British ropes; they were... middle of paper... and that's not the way everyone wants to live, because this fear of being yourself leads to dangers like suicide and murder. As demonstrated, the living environment must have freedom, fearlessness and independence to be oneself without sanctions. The founding fathers declared themselves free from Brittany to live in freedom. The Salem witch trials were limiting lives with fear. Mrs. Mallord didn't feel like herself with her husband living life for her, and Elizabeth didn't feel alive when she constantly feared rejection for being herself. They all had one thing in common; they didn't feel they had a life worth living. When there is no motivation to be enlightened in the dark recesses of this world, the darkness will try to take over and swallow up the remaining spark until there is nothing left but a void of abysses of black..
