I am quite healthy at this point in my life. My family doesn't have a history that can be described as a problem. What I can talk about is generalized health maintenance and a plan for staying healthy that should be easy to follow and quite rewarding. I will talk specifically about eating disorders in order to adhere to the assignment instructions. Eating disorders are some of the major concerns of anyone with health concerns regarding food. To ensure that someone can be successful in achieving a healthy body it is important to set goals to stick to. A goal that is very important to me is to easily live a long and productive life. This can be considered an exercise goal, meaning that without exercise you cannot expect the same rewarding health that you would have with regular exercise. As another goal that would help maintain health, I would set monthly goals for weight and fitness that are realistic and achievable. By setting a personal weight goal you can compare your weight once a week and see an accurate pattern of what is happening with your diet and exercise program. Developing an exercise plan that keeps you motivated and makes your time spent fun and rewarding is important to ensure the best results from any plan. From the nutritional perspective of a goal-oriented approach to health, the best idea is the simplest. By controlling your calorie intake and portion sizes, you can eliminate a large amount of fat-causing nutrients, as well as high sodium and other things that could potentially jeopardize your health plan. To achieve your goals you need to stick to your plan in a simple way. follow him and keep him fun and motivated......middle of paper......, December 31). Dripping With Sweat.
