Make no mistake that traditional ideals have actually changed the way we understand hard work. Hard work is not only done by people known around the world for their successes, but it is also done by people who are unsung and struggle every day. Anderberg, previously quoted, states: “It is true that there are different types of hard work, but they are both hard in their own way. The truth is that the world belongs to those who work hard. Ambition without elbow grease will get you nowhere. Even this generation's career heroes, the late Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg and Richard Branson work(ed) insanely hard at their jobs. You only see glitz, but they've burned more than their fair share of the midnight oil. Hard work shouldn't just be thought of as a contribution that changes the world, it should be thought of as a contribution that people make every time
