No matter what, there was always someone who supported me. When I pissed off one family I could go to the other and ask them for advice on what to do. I always had double holidays and that meant I got two great dinners every holiday. It can be difficult when it comes to being part of a divorced family, but one thing I've learned is that it's up to you how the situation will affect you. Some may let it be the end of it all and may never get out of the fighting phase. But I did it and I promise you that once you leave that stage you can bring out the positive side of your situation.
