Every fifth student has a set of computers provided by public schools in the United States. For the first time, standardized tests were seen to be administered via technological devices rather than paper or pencil. Despite the influx of new technologies, the pace of teachers is found to be low in terms of teaching. Very little evidence shows that online learning is actually improving student learning outcomes.
